Nancy has been working full-time in the Napa real estate industry since 1988. She specializes primarily in vacant land sales and country property, although she has extensive experience in a variety of real estate transactions and is familiar with IRS 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Her expertise is in marketing and sales of property in all areas of Napa County. Nancy is particularly familiar with the country properties, pricing and sales in Pope Valley where she lives and loves to work. Culminating two years of work as the Realtor representing the owner of the property, in early 2006 the historic Aetna Springs Resort & Golf Course in Pope Valley was sold for 14 million dollars. Nancy enjoys working on all types and values of properties and appreciates overcoming challenges. Nancy obtained her Broker's license in June, 2008 and is a Graduate, Realtor's Institute, confirming her commitment to staying current with technology and recent changes in real estate law.
