| Statement: Sunny first came to the Big Island in 1988 and he has lived on the Island of Hawaii for the majority of his life. He knows the Big Island extraordinarily well, but he is most familiar with properties found along the entire Hamakua Coast and with properties located within the Puna and Hilo districts. However, the North Hilo district is his main focal point. |
