She started back in the Grand Rapids market in 1993 & has been a well established & a most trusted agent ever since. Family is most important to Leslie. She & her husband have raised two highly successful daughters, both of whom are now living in the Chicago area. They adopted another daughter in 2005 & are helping this 15 year old to achieve her goals. Also included in her family are her three dogs & three cats with which she could not live without. For the past six years the Amaya family has housed baseball players that are making their way up the ranks through the farm teams to the Detroit Tigers. To balance her life, Leslie enjoys playing tennis & is currently on many travel teams affiliated with the United States Tennis Association. She is an avid sports fan & tries to attend many of the West Michigan Whitecaps baseball games, as well as other sporting events in the area. Team sports have given Leslie more of an insight into her business life by instilling many of the same aspects such as fair play, dedication, & knowledge of the game.
