David Leonard worked nearly 20 years as a college professor and administrator. His post collegiate career has included working in the design arena of the entertainment industry on Broadway, Las Vegas and venues around the world. He has been an investor in real estate for over 20 years, and enjoys his full-time work in real estate. David puts his business philosophy simply “The key to business is building long-term relationships. I’m not only concerned about working with clients on their current homes, but their next home, and the home after that. Pathways to that kind of relationship are responsiveness, listening, and at the end of the day, you really, really have to want to help people.” David has a pilot’s license and loves to scuba dive and camp. He still designs in the entertainment industry on occasion and lives with his partner Philip in Jersey City with their two Yorkies.
