A native North Carolina, I attended N.C.State University in Raleigh, NC. In 1957 I moved to Southern California to work in the aerospace industry before relocating to the Bay Area in the late 1960’s. I began my real estate career in 1971 in Marin County and after one successful year there, I affiliated with Hartford Properties in San Francisco. I earned my brokers license in 1974 and opened my own office in San Francisco, Great City Realtors, in the Upper Market area and then opened offices in the Haight Ashbury and then at the Russian River and Santa Rosa. At the peak I had over 150 agents at Great City and through those agents assisted literally thousands of clients in their real estate endeavors. I closed the offices in 1988 and joined Willow Creek Properties in Sebastopol which subsequently became an affiliate of Frank Howard Allen Realtors. In 1994 joined Creative Property Services in Santa Rosa as Broker Associate and Relocation Director working with my own clients and facilitating clients moving into and out of Sonoma County through the RELO network of North American independent real estate firms. In the spring of 2008 I joined Keller Williams Realty in Santa Rosa as a Broker Associate devoting myself full-time to my clients. With my extensive real estate experience in residential, smaller investment properties and relocation throughout North America, I am able to offer my clients a perspective that many find invaluable in this current “interesting” economic climate.
