If you are no longer a real estate agent or broker, IQRealEstate.com offers a simple automated process for removing your profile from our directory. Simply follow the three steps listed below to permanently remove your profile.

Please note that search engines, such as Google and Yahoo, may continue to include links to your profile on IQRealEstate.com until they update their indexes. This is beyond our control.

Step 1: Locate Your Profile

The first step in removing your profile is to locate it. Our Real Estate Directory is organized by state, city, and then agents and brokers.

Tips for Locating Your Profile

• You can use our search page for finding a real estate agent to select the city and state in which you would be listed.
• Once on the city page, you can search by name to see if your are listed there. Simply use the search box located above the agent listings.
• The link to your profile should be listed under the heading "Basic Real Estate Agent Directory Listings".
• Click on your name to view your profile.

Step 2: Claim Your Profile

Once on your profile page, which is accessed by following the steps listed above, you must claim your profile. This is done by click on the link near the top of the page which reads, "Claim this Profile". Once on this page, click on the link in the final paragraph above the verification form which reads, "If you are no longer a real estate agent, please click here."

Step 3: Verify Your Identity

Once on the page to remove your profile, please fill out the short form to verify your identity. This will send you an email with the final step for removing your profile. Please note that we log your IP address, so it is not possible for you to delete more than one profile.
