My question is: We plan on moving into a new development soon. There are at least 5 builders there and each having inventory homes (all nice upgrades) that they seem to despretly want to get rid of before the end of the year. Some are taking $150,000 off price. They are almost at base price with a ton of upgrades. What should be our offer on these homes, how do we go about getting the best price without looking foolish with a major lowball price. What's fair?
