Im introducing a legendary dis-honest property agent for you here.

There are dozens of people who have done business with Lauchlan Leishman / Berkeley Capital and are disgruntled.

And now he is being sued in Hong Kong.
Deputy High Court Judge Au-Yeung said on 3rd February 2012: “the defendant’s [Leishman’s] word is not to be trusted.

These are the words of a High Court Judge who has presided over some of Lauchlan Leishman’s matters and are now published: http://legalref.judiciary.gov.hk/lrs/co … ?DIS=80215

A second High Court Judge, Justice Poon said on 23rd May 2012: 'His commercial morale is very low indeed.'

A property agent should be honest and committed to his/her work. He/she should show sincerity towards the clients and the client's satisfaction should be their first priority.

Thanks a lot for informing us know about this fact. My opinion is that a property agent should be Experience, Honesty. He has Knowledge of the market & Work Ethic.

Thanks for this useful information related to this fraud...... I agree with your views. A property agent should be honest and committed to his work. He should show sincerity and honesty towards the clients.

If you have decided to buy or sell a property then property agent is a the perfect guide for you which will help you till the property deals is finalized. A real estate agents has the perfect market knowledge and negotiation skills which are needed in a real estate deal.
