You must have very good knowledge about the investment techniques. If not you can get the help of an experienced real estate mentor. Getting private money from lenders would be better than waiting for bank loans. You should analyze the repair costs incurred before investing in any property.

Thank you for your valuable thought and tips , Real estate is an asset form with limited liquidity relative to other investments, it is also capital intensive and is highly cash flow dependent, real estate becomes a risky investment, The primary cause of investment failure for real estate is that the investor goes into negative cash flow for a period of time that is not sustainable,

It all depends on what type of investment you want to make. Purchasing a property for long term rental income is different from wanting to buy and flip immediately.

For me Investment in real estate business is much better then investing in any other market. Because real estate business always provide profitable return on the investment and that is why more people have started investing in real estate market.
