Owe $4200 for this years property taxes. Doing a short sale. (I am the seller) Bank approved. Went to close and was told I need to pay the back taxes. Can't afford this. Buyer is threatening to sue if I do not pay so he can close. States he will sue for the appraisal and inspection and any other fees he has, due to our transaction being delayed or not closing. Advice? Redemption period ends Nov. 13th.
