Many individual may ask why real estate investments, but if we see past history many investors have earned a lot of wealth in this investment. Recent press release has shown that lot of people are investing in it. If the investment is done carefully and intelligently you can earn huge wealth.
In real estate investment we can increase the value of our property, by adding extra feature. we as an investor have full control over the value. In real estate the correct price is left to the buyer or seller. There is no fixed price; this is the reason why people can make money in these investments. we have to be efficient to know when to close the deal. Real estate offers great investment opportunities.

Agreed to your view towards investment. But wants to know that today investors do have their own shares. The investor who have more shares, only can ask for changes but with the agreements of other.
Do investor who have less number of shares can ask so?

Real estate investments are good - but only if you know when to start. You don't want to invest in a market condition where you know your investment won't work at all of course. But if you know how to invest well, real estate investment is really a good choice and start.

Within a short span of time, you can become rich in real estate if you have a very good knowledge about it. You should be able to guess the property value before buying it.

There are a lot of reasons why real estate is the best investment vehicle. Tax deductions and write-offs with owning property, increased market value with appreciation over time, solid investment that earns revenue non-stop with renting to tenants or businesses (for commercial property), etc.

Agreed with your thoughts. Real estate investors have stable earning. Now a days property rates are increasing.So it is a nice source of income.

Buying real estate is a very profitable investment because the prices of such property is increasing leaps and bounds. What the present price of a certain property will double in only 3 to 4 years. That's the reason more and more people are making such investments these days.

The real estate investment is called the most reliable investment, if the property is at the right location. The price of the property does matters and it is decided by its location. Your future profits are depended on that property location. If the property in which you are going to invest is situated in an urban zone(posh area) then there are huge chances of capital gain.
