I'm working with a hedge fund and a couple LLC's with PPM's of a few million that want batch's of 1-5M worth of these homes...do you have access to that kind of volume that small? If you don't sell batches that small can you refer me to someone that does? I’ve feel like a good place to find deals in this market/economic times are government auctions, any thoughts on these? I’ve recently found a site that conglomerates the different auctions into one source however you’ve need to pay an annual fee ($40). Personally I felt like this investment was a small price to pay to be able to see all the properties in one place. Here is the site if anyone’s interested . . .
