Facing Foreclosure and Short Sale ? Loan Modification Plan taken too long?Property listed with no activity?Just Fill Out the Short Sale Help Form and Avoid from the Foreclosures by going through the http://www.ipowershortsale.com/ site.I would like to know any other sites regarding foreclosures giving the better information.

Well, a lot of people are into taking advantage of foreclosure this days. And a lot of them really get the benefit of it as they work things out on it.

With a foreclosure a few years ago I thought I would be out of the home buying market for a while. My Realtor told me about the Flexible Home Loan Program, http://www.cfsflex.com, and I got approved right away. Looks like there is no waiting time to buy after a foreclosure. To all those in my position, there is hope.
