The study of real estate and real estate development takes many forms, giving rise to various educational models in the US and abroad. Programs include all types, from the Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in real estate development or real estate finance to the one- or two-year Master of Science in Real Estate or Master of Real Estate Development. During the past twenty-five years, there has been a growing appreciation of real estate as a university-level field of study. In most cases, a university’s focus is on graduate programs, but some few undergraduate real estate education programs are available.
All students considering a career in real estate development are advised to talk with developers, real estate lawyers, architects, asset managers, corporate real estate directors and city planners to gain a full picture of the career options open to them and all of the educational requirements for those careers.
Real estate is an increasingly complex, highly competitive, fast-paced industry, and its practitioners are often finding that they need to further their knowledge and skills to advance. A graduate degree can open doors to greater job and career opportunities and command a higher salary in the marketplace.

The real estate is complete business with many aspects and there are many individuals from all over the world are involved in this business.But there was no certification or proper degree program for this business. Now it is very encouraging fort he new blood to get themselves in.

Get a grip, any idiot can sell real estate. If you don't believe that then just look at how many idiots have their Agent licenses to rip consumers off!

Real estate education is not that easy and it takes a lot to understand from basics. Today real estate market is changing very rapidly and newbies in real estate should understand all that aspects.

Real estate education is really very effective in terms of knowing all the down falls that are really very effective and much beneficial. I have seen many students around me who are actually very interested in making their career in this industry.

Well, for a person who is looking for making investments requires to understand what is more efficient in real estate business so that later at the time of studying he will not find any problem in surveying essential deals and can accordingly make it better.
