If you’re going to sell your home in a down market, you may have to be willing to make some concessions on price.In many areas foreclosures have depressed the prices quite a bit. While you may not be able to cut your price to the level of some of those bank owned homes, you can still do your research as to what comparable homes are selling for, and undercut their prices. You may not get as much action as the foreclosures, but you will at least get more action than other sellers who aren’t as flexible on price........!

The best way is to find someone who will help you in selling your house or property. Because if you will not hire someone then there is every possibility that you will not get the proper price of your property.

is it good to renovate your house before selling , or it is just an extra expense , what do you think about it ?

There are no "tricks" to selling real estate. As a matter of fact if you want to sell fast then just sell For Sale By Owner and offer to refund 6% to the buyer because you did not have to deal with the aggravation of real estate agents BS!

That is so true. Right on my block there is someone trying to sell their home for more than $500,000 when they just purchased it back in 2009 for $400,000. I want to tell them so bad that they are wasting their time. We have foreclosures in the same area for under $300,000, and I'm talking about MANY of them.
If you want to sell your home in this market you have to be smart and their is no room for greed.

Sometime by applying all the tips also, one finds difficulty in selling house. That is why I dont really believe in applying tips but, it is better to understand the requirement of market and the interest of buyers.
