Hi Friends,
All the Banks and Financial Institutions are not encouraging lending against RE. The credit policy of RBI also do the same except for the Home Loan. The input costs also climbing northwards not found in the past decades. At this stage I hope there can not be much demand for Real Estate. When this being the trend ,do you think there will be good demand for RE. If yes, then the demand will be at all areas or only in the tier II cities.

many people are investing in RE. thats why all banks and financial institution does not encourage lending to invest in RE

I think in coming days real estate market will be good as, you will get many new things about this as, current economic conditions are also good and better these days so I dont find any problem either as far as market concerns.

Nice information….Everywhere you turned there was someone who was bellowing on about how you needed to be purchasing a home right now. The main issue for most people was a lack of funds at the current time. That is not to mention the fact that many people already were home owners and were interested in selling, not buying. Given that we already know what happened with the real estate market in 2010, many are interested in where the market is going in 2011.

Right now real estate market is very good and it is actually giving more business to all the people who are into this industry and making the market more secure.

As we look at this a year later home sales are increasing yet home prices are still declining. I think we still have time to wait before things even out in the housing market.

It will be really good in coming days and more people make their investments very effectively. We need to understand the market and then look for making deals that are effective.

In future every single person will invest in real estate and it will be more beneficial for them.
