Hello my name is Ray Thorsky from www.homecellers.com and I am going to discuss why you should use social media for your real estate listings. The 2 main social platforms, Facebook and Twitter can be awesome tools for visibility if leveraged correctly. By posting your property on Facebook or Twitter it first off becomes visible to all your followers or friends. Next your friends can retweet this property to all there friends on Twitter and so could there friends, and so on and so on. The same thing happens with Facebook. Once you post your property on Facebook all your friends can like the property and if they do your property is shown on their wall. If your property is like 5 times and each of those users had 200 friends your property just got out to potentially 1000 people. This is just one way to use social media outlets like Facebook and Twitter as a real estate agent. With this in mind our company www.homecellers.com made it easy to post any property listing directly to Twitter and Facebook directly from your account. Learn more on our what is it page at http://www.homecellers.com/what-is-homecellers.html and feel free to contact us for any questions or to learn more. Cheers and Many Sales

I think that is a good point to using Facebook and Twitter. I would not usually agree since there are 1000's of real estate websites promoting your listing. However the one benefit I see is that you are reaching more people with your profile rather than another agent. Good Job!

Very interesting, Social Media is very important for our industry but I am a bit surprise with the numbers. I work in social media, marketing and training at a major real estate company and I would say that maybe a maximum of 20% of agent are using Social Media on a regular basis. Real estate agents have the clear idea about the properties and they help many people in order to get luxurious apartments at an affordable price. For any further information about real estate agents or dealers one can go through this site or can contact.

Well, social media is supposed to be the best way of making other people know what is more effective for them at the time of making real estate deals and like this they can better connect with several people through this and will help them to list everything.

Investment in residential real estate is the most common form of investment goods, as measured by the number of participants, including property acquired as a principal residence.Different countries have their own normal lending levels, but generally fall within the range of 70-90% of the purchase price. Against other types of real estate, residential real estate is less risky.

Hello friends, Many companies use social media marketing to create and distribute messages through social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook. Facebook and Twitter have become an integral part of our cultural landscape. And in the same time, consumers have grown more suspicion of advertising and marketing claims which always high-promise and low-deliver, On the other hand consumers trust each other to purchase decisions, and there is no larger buying decision than owning a home for any person. Social media is all about creating relationships. And relationships are key for Real Estate success. Thanks a lot Alan Noblitt ____________ http://www.seascapecapital.com

Real estate listings change certainly with time and market situations. Like this people can stay in touch with updated listings through social media. This becomes a great platform of knowing everything included in it.
