Hey friends,

Real Estate is always one of the MOST profitable business in town. During recessions real estate is doing bad, however otherwise, if you know how to do it, then it is very profitable. So why don't we ever see a real estate mogul become the richest man?

Can anyone have an idea this topic please help me?

I strongly do agree with you that real estate is a risky business and in bad economic condition it becomes very tough for you to manage it. If we talk about Dubai property business then it is good now a days and you have many chances to earn good by investing in it.

I do agree with the fact that "fortunes are made in real estate." People have made money by investing in real estate.People makes money when they buy, when they own and when they sell. One of the biggest reasons for investment in real estate is its associated tax benefits granted by the government.

Like any other business real estate business can also be shaky. Recently the economic recession had stroked on every business which had a paralyzing effect on all the businesses. The real estate business is one of those businesses which are not that much affected. The real estate market trends varies day by day and the prices fluctuates, which makes this business slightly unstable. But, as compare to other businesses, real estate business guarantees you maximum capital gain at the resale of you property.
