Pinecrest is certainly a desirable community. With South Florida getting hit among the hardest in the nation with regard to home prices, I wouldn't be surprised to see cheap homes in Pinecrest or anywhere else in the region.

it is a famous place that`s why we can say that it`s costly. If you want to earn good in property sector then Dubai is good place to invest. You must invest over there to get high return on your investment.
