A reputed property agent or broker act as a bridge between two parties, buyers and sellers. Through this bridge both parties negotiate with each other and the property agent helps both parties to settle the deal at a Win-win situation. These agents were hard to find in past. But, nowadays, due to property related websites, this task has become much easier.
