Maybe the homes were over priced in the start"I am not here to argue for or against,I am letting people know if they are in the process of beach homes in Oregon Newport,Lincoln City,Yachats are all prices low.

Beach properties in UAE are also available at very reasonable prices. Dubai is improving its property sector again after a great slump in this market. You are right that Oregon Newport is at low price level that`s why investors and buyers are taking interest to invest and buying at such places in Dubai and other beach areas.
