I recently put a contract onto a home with a realor and signed an agreement with him and not that happy with the situation.  The process is not going to well and found a different home that I would like to look at with a different realtor.  It does not seem that the first home is going to go though due to many problems with the home.  Can this other agent show me the home and can I talked to her even though I signed the agreement.  Agreement was for 2 months. Any help would be appreciated.

You might be able to look first on your first agreements. If the first agreement you had already expired, then you can go look for another realtor and get things up as you find a new home for you.

I don`t think that Realtor will allow you to move on. If you are having good relations with the Realtor then it is the only way to move on with his permission other wise after signing the agreement, it is not possible.

Thanks but it would have been better if there would have been any app which would automatically invite all the friends.
