Hi, I am a newly licensed agent and was wondering if I
should be using any CRM software. What do you
currently use, and is it worth the money? If so, why?

It's really up to you. In my opinion, I'd say it's
worth it as it helps you get organized and everything
is in one place for reference. I've been using podio
but the following are also good:

Top Producer
Lion Desk

There is no doubt - you should absolutely be using a
CRM. There are quite a few reasons for this.

First, the money is negligible. My business uses
PipeDrive ( - more than
enough functionality for a small business. You can
get a single person account for $25.00.

Second, it's possible you can keep one lead
straight. Two, or three. My CRM has about 3,000
leads as I work a variety of business angles (list
on MLS, buy fixer-uppers off-market and then list),
among others. People don't like repeating
themselves, and there is no way you can remember

Third, you need a calendar. Not google canlendar.
You need something to help you schedule calls,
emails, texts on a mass scale. What would you use?
Post-its? : )
