Sean brings a knowledge of land development to his investor clients as well as a practical knowledge of conservation and preservation easements on farmland. Sean is very adept in assisting clients with their land issues involving engineers, planners and others necessary for obtaining maximum benefit for the landowner. Originally from Texas, Sean has been a resident of Northern Virginia since 1996. Sean enjoys volunteering his time for several outstanding organizations. He and his wife Katie serve as youth group leaders for their local church. They are the proud parents of two children and they reside near Lincoln, Virginia.
