Real Estate Agents Fear the GOP Tax Plan Will Harm Home Values


The most expensive real estate markets could experience the greatest decline in home values under both versions of the current tax plan. Moody’s Analytics estimates that home values could fall as much as 14% in New York and New Jersey by 2019.
