Vermont South’s third triple block listing in three weeks Charlotte Durut30 Nov 2017 East Melbourne News Victoria 421 Burwood Highway, Vermont South, along with nos419 and 423, are for sale by tender. IN a stunning development for Vermont and Vermont South, a triple block has just been listed in the suburbs for the third consecutive week. The newly listed triple block at 419-423 Burwood Highway, Vermont South, has a combined total size of 1972sq m, with double-street frontages and access via a service lane. The listing follows the sale by the same agent of nos440 and 442 Burwood Highway prior to auction on November 10, with 2 Cavill Court sold several days later. RELATED: Surprising result for Vermont South triple block sale Three battle-axe sites at 27A and 31-33 Boronia Rd, Vermont, were also recently listed. Buxton Camberwell sales agent Andy Shi said the three neighbours at 419-423 Burwood Highway planned to sell their homes together. 423 Burwood Highway, Vermont South, is for sale together with nos419 and 421 Burwood Highway. “They approached me after the sale of nos440 and 442 Burwood Highway and said they wanted to do the same sale,” he said. “Unlike these properties and 2 Cavill Court, this triple block is all in the residential growth zone. “And they are on three separate titles, so you could build apartments or a commercial business there.” Mr Shi mentioned that he already had developers interested in the sites. “They’re highly highly likely to sell together,” he said. “Nos419 and 423 include three- and four-bedroom homes, which are tenanted, and there is also a three-bedroom home on no421 but it’s owner-occupied.” 419-423 Burwood Highway, Vermont South, is in a residential growth zone on three separate titles. RELATED: Triple block in Vermont attracts developers and builders Mr Shi said further multiple block listings in Vermont and Vermont South could occur. “This is not your traditional real estate, people who have been living here for a long time are now selling and more of these people will sell together. “As a result, I believe there will be more development sites in the area.” Mr Shi’s sites at nos440 and 442 Burwood Highway sold for $1.6 million each to developers, with 2 Cavill Court also sold to a developer for $1,230,500. The triple block at 419-423 Burwood Highway is for sale by tender, with expressions of interest closing at 5.30pm on Friday, December 8 SUBURB PROFILES: VERMONT SOUTH, VERMONT East Melbourne News Victoria What to watch next 29 Nov 2017 Rare look inside Warnie’s $16m mansion 22 Nov 2017 Take a tropical tour that’s beyond be-leaf 17 Nov 2017 Elyse and Josh’s bid to double their money You might like 01 Dec 2017 1930s farmhouse attracts suburban interest 01 Dec 2017 Multiple buyers for prestige Rowville homes 01 Dec 2017 Scotch takes another shot in buy back bid 30 Nov 2017 1930s Forest Hill cottage sold to new family Follow us Facebook Twitter Third triple block in Vermont South up for grabs News Other Sites ACT Property NewsCelebrity HomesNSW Property NewsNT Property NewsProperty Market TrendsQueensland Property NewsSA Property NewsTasmania Property NewsVictoria Property NewsWestern Australia Property News Selling GuideNeighbourhoodsAuction ResultsCommercial NewsRetirement Villages Disclaimer: The information published in this section is of a general nature only and does not consider your personal objectives, financial situation or particular needsWhere indicated, third parties have written and supplied the content and we are not responsible for itWe make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of the information, nor do we accept any liability or responsibility arising in any way from omissions or errors contained in the contentWe do not recommend sponsored lenders or loan products and we cannot introduce you to sponsored lendersWe strongly recommend that you obtain independent advice before you act on the content.
