No2: Clean up and depersonalizeDecluttering allows for ones home to sparkleMake sure to pack away the family photos as buyers like to envision their own personality in the home, noted KiaGet rid of the old lighting and outdated fixtures simple and streamlined with a more modern touch is more appealing.
No3: Fresh paintThis is the most inexpensive way to make an inviting statementHowever, make sure to stick with neutral colors, added Wells.
No4: New floorsNothing says help me like worn-out carpets in a homeIf it is in your budget, its worth the extra money to change to wood, laminate or the luxury vinyl floors, advised Kia
