Real estate company, realtor earn month award
The Jersey City Downtown office for Weichert, Realtors led the entire company in dollar volume for the month of OctoberThe branch also led sales region in resale listings, resales, resale revenue units and resale dollar volume.
Mark Trompeter also received recognition in three categories for the month of OctoberTrompeter led the region in resales, resale revenue units and resale dollar volume during the month.
Bank declares quarterly cash dividend
Kearny Financial Corp., the holding company of Kearny Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share to stock holders as of Dec6The amount will be payable as of Dec20.
Realtors receive award from company
Annette Rubin, a franchisee with EXIT on the Hudson Realty, earned the Bronze Award by EXIT Realty CorpInternationalThe award recognizes those who closed 25 or more real estate transaction sides during the production year of July 1, 2016 to July 20, 2017Along with the Bronze Award, Rubin was also inducted into the Sapphire Circle, which recognizes realtors who closed 250 real estate transactions throughout their career with EXIT.
Dee Huang, Carmella Laudando, Kathlene Meadows and Esteban Estevez from EXIT on the Hudson Realty also received the Bronze Award for their sales during the last production year.
Central Avenue brings back reusable bags
The Central Avenue SID Management Corporation sponsored the distribution of 2,000 reusable tote bags at 36 of the local businessesOver the last three holiday seasons, the Central Avenue businesses distributed 6,000 reusable bags altogetherMost of the totes were handed out on Small Business Saturday, which fell on Nov25.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agents from New Jersey and Rockland County, New York attended the Coldwell Banker Elite Retreat in The Breakers Palm Beach in FloridaRonald "Ronnie" Aiosa of Jersey City and Jill Biggs, Paul Bryant, Michael Check, Gerard Mattera and Elisa Rodriguez of Hoboken attended the retreat.
