Officials ID man fatally shot by Arkansas sheriff's deputy

Someone called 911 about 7:20 p.m. Saturday to report what they thought were shots fired at two homes on the 400 block of Sidon Road ... "The deputy deployed his weapon" and shot Newman, Miller said. The Arkansas State Police is investigating the shooting.
