UPDATE: Jasper School, Homes Evacuated after Hazardous Spill

People are able to return to their homes. Arkansas Highway 7 is still closed. FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KOLR) -- A chlorine leak from a truck on Arkansas Highway 7, south of Jasper, Arkansas, is causing evacuations of homes and the Jasper Elementary and High School.
