By Special to AL.com Bill Clements, CCIM and Brooks Corr, CCIM, two of Birmingham's retail real estate veterans, announced today that they have formed The Retail Companies, a real estate company headquartered in Birmingham, specializing entirely in retail commercial real estate and development throughout the Southeast Drawing from an ongoing partnership of over twelve years, the two have formed a company that allows them to better focus on their passion for real estateThe Retail Companies will focus on project leasing, tenant representation, full-service brokerage services, and development.
