PRESS RELEASE AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Resmark Companies, a leading private equity real estate firm, is expanding its single-family housing investment platform into the Texas housing market led by Michael Zarola, Senior Vice President, Investments for Resmark Land and Housing. Zarola, operating from Resmark’s newly established office in Austin, will originate and oversee investments in for-sale, single-family housing joint venture developments in Austin, Dallas/FtWorth, Houston and San AntonioIn addition to Texas, Resmark’s new office will also cover the Colorado and Utah markets.
