As President of REC, I worked with investment real estate transactions on a daily basis handling everything from very small investments to multimillion dollar transactions. Every client required and received the same diligence from start to finish no matter the size of the transaction. I currently hold the prestigious designation of Certified Exchange Specialist for IRC§ 1031 exchanges. I have also received extensive training as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE © ) to help clients avoid foreclosure and Accredited Buyer Representative training so to better serve buyers.
