I am a licensed broker in CT and MA with a main office in Windsor, CT along with two satellite offices located in Branford, CA and Springfield, Ma. Through my success with traditional Real Estate, in 1995 a customer of mine passed my name along to a local bank and I began partnering with their REO department. Twelve years and several markets later, my daughter also caught the real estate bug. After graduating with a degree in Finance, she got licensed as well and for 2 years our team has focused mainly on REOs and completing BPOs in all CT and western MA markets. As a team we have completed over 1100 BPOs since July 2008, as well as closed nearly 20 REO listings and sales.
