I have lived in Florida almost my whole life and consider myself a native. I was raised between Fort Lauderdale and Sarasota and moved back to South Florida in 1987. My passion for homes remodeling and real estate started early with my parents who were artists in their own right and took on the project of a 1927 Spanish deco home in Sarasota. They put the outcome of my bedroom and a paint brush in my hands and I was bitten by the remodeling bug. With a true love for design and architecture, I have been able to help my clients look past the ugly and find a place to put their stamp on. I've also seen and experienced the highs and lows of Florida real estate through the years and am well poised to guide buyers and sellers in all market conditions. Early in my professional career I was the owner of a carpet and tile company located in Dania, Florida. In 1996 I entered into real estate as an investor focused on undervalued and under finished homes in Broward County. My extensive knowledge in both construction and design has helped many a client spot real buying opportunities. I made the transition into a full time real estate in 2001. I am knowledgeable in both the Palm Beach Gardens Real Estate and Jupiter Real Estate including Abacoa, where I currently reside and the Bluffs, where I lived for 5 years, in Jupiter.
