James, a native of queens, brings a life-time of first-hand knowledge of New York City and the changes it has undergone to every deal. James made the move to real estate in 2005 after 27 years in the bakery business when he discovered that buildings and not rugalach were his true passion. He began his career by making an extensive study of the markets in Manhattan, the Bronx, Harlem, and Queens to gain the knowledge necessary to effectively meet the needs of his clients. As an agent for Living Source Residential, James uses his research skills and familiarity with the city to fulfill his clients’ criteria whether they are relocating from out of state, looking for a space upgrade, searching for their dream home, or are on a budget. Food is still a big part of James’s life and, when he isn’t helping a client find a new home, he enjoys creating recipes and discovering new restaurants.
