I was born and raised in Christmas Lake Village. I know the area and history very well. I remember as a kid when there was less then 30 houses! Pretty amazing considering we have over 800 homes today. My background in education is a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. When I graduated I ventured to the Raleigh/Durham area in North Carolina for my first occupation out of college. My first job was with IBM as a global commodity manager for I/O devices for IBM's computers (mice, keyboards, etc). I was in the Raleigh/Durham area for about 9 years. My experience while I was there was as a Global Commodity Manager in Procurement for Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Flextronics, and GlaxoSmithKline. I was responsible for negotiation and management of global contracts. I loved my job and really enjoyed all the international travel and experience that I learned while doing this occupation. I choose to move back to the wonderful community of Christmas Lake Village about three years ago to raise my family. I thought it was such a great place to grow up in as a child. I have been doing real estate for the past three years full time and I am a broker associate at Key Associates of Santa Claus which my parents started back in the 1970s.
