I have lived in the South Bay all my life and I know Real Estate. I can keep my clients up to date on comparable homes in their area so you know when it is best to sell or buy. I can sell them a bank owned home or a short sale or a regular sale. I have become very experienced in helping sellers who for one reason or another have made the decision to sell as a short sale and go forward with their lives.
