I have listed and sold Residential and REO homes for over 23 yrs with many years of experience with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. I worked as a Certified REO agent which consisted of Preparation of a complete Market Strategy (BMA/BPO), offering cash for keys, obtaining the listings and when the properties came into inventory I oversaw the cleaning out, maintenance and repair work, client communication, preparation of monthly reports and negotiations to sale of the properties.
