Matt Pernice has been selling real estate and working in the financial markets since 2002. Throughout his career as a real estate professional, he has successfully closed over 300 transactions ranging from $100,000 single-family residences to $10,000,000 commercial buildings. Throughout the past 8 years, Matt has represented sellers, buyers, investment firms, business owners, and banks. During that time he was a managing partner in a successful real estate firm from 2004-2009 that employed over 20 agents. Having vast knowledge of the financial markets and operations, gives him the ability to keep clients current regarding the ever changing real estate environment. For the past 6 years, Matt Pernice has been focusing on REO property sales, foreclosures, short sales, and pre-foreclosures type sales. Matt Pernice works with clients/homeowners, banks, and asset managers to help fulfill their individual needs, using his expertise in the surrounding Los Angeles area. He has been participating in doing disposition work for banks for asset managers that are in need of his services. In 2010, Matt joined the NW Real Estate Brokers team in Manhattan Beach, California. NW Real Estate Brokers has been servicing clients in the Southbay area since 1979 founded by John Chuka. Matt Pernice has a passion for real estate and takes pride in the personal connections that come from assisting clients buy and sell their homes. Currently Matt and his wife live in the south bay with their three dogs and are expecting their first child, Ocean Edward.
