In 2005 Ms. McPherson became a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of New Jersey; her background is in finance and customer service. She is presently a member of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors, member of the garden state multiple listing service. Pass member Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors 2005 – 2009, Member of New Jersey Multiple Listing Service 2005 – 2009. Mother of three boys ages 5, 14 and 20 years; Graduate of LaGuardia Community College in 2010 with an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration. Ms. McPherson is currently pursuing a BA in Business Administration with a concentration on Real Estate/Finance at Brooklyn College. Ms. McPherson’s long term goal is to form a nonprofit Real Estate Investment Trust which will focus on providing homes for homeless seniors in New York as well as her home-country of Jamaica.
