S Korea FSC: Household Debt Manageable; Watching Mortgage Debt (Nasdaq)


SEOUL -(Dow Jones)- South Korea's top financial regulator Monday played down concerns over the country's rising household debt, but singled out the surge in mortgage debt as a risk area to focus on.
