Lawsuit filed against owner of land near Tennis Gardens


A commercial real estate broker today filed suit against the former owner of high-dollar property next to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, alleging the firm breached its contract with the brokerage when it sold the land without paying a $200,000 commission.
