Real estate brokers angry over hike in listing service fee


Independent real estate broker Linda Gambardella. / Peter Carr/The Journal News SUFFERN — A group of independent real estate brokers is fuming in response to a hefty fee increase that’s gone into effect this month, saying they’re taking the fallout from a 2011 merger of Realtors associations on both sides of the Hudson River.
