I have alot of Customers in this area and I can honestly say that after we have sold them a HOME, that we have always remained good friends after that. Selling a Home is a unique experience because you may only buy one in your lifetime. Keeping that in mind, I use the buyers input into my knowledge of the area and find them the perfect home to sart a family and raise their children in. Most of my past customers have referred me to my present customers stating that their buying experience was so pleasant and fulfilling that they couldn't go wrong with me as their real estate agent. I also do one more thing for my buyers. Every home should have a house warming gift and when I sell a home to one of my future friends, I purchase thema nice house warming gift to remind them that this once empty HOUSE has now became a HOME.
