I am a Real Estate Agent, and I'm tired of having to pay my hard earned money to the industry monopoly.  I really feel that they do not serve the interests of the individual agent, and therefore ultimately the consumer. I am an honest agent and I feel that I know what is best for my business without outside influence.  Do you agree?  Please check out this website to see how we can change the industry together. https://www.fundable.com/atlas

Thanks!

John, thank you for your comments.  We do have a long way to go to reach our goal, but we just began seeking funds a couple of days ago.  To answer a few of your questions:  We will get data through participants just like the current MLS.  In the current system, we have to pay dues to national, state, and local associations, and then pay to join each MLS, in each area of the state, that we do business in.  Where is all of that money going?  Other than MLS data, what are we getting for all of those dues that we pay?  As a small independant broker, I feel that my interests are not being served by being forced into all of these organizations to simply be able to access the MLS data. We feel that by offering a low cost alternative, we can change the industry together, for the better.  I truly feel that competition would benefit the consumer, as well as the practitioner.  Again, thank you for checking it out, and providing your feedback!

Thanks!

Yes, brokers will have to be willing to share their data just as in the current system.  The idea here is that together we can make this happen.  If we get the numbers to reach our funding goal, we will have a base of supporters, and of data sources.  If not, it won't happen. This is focus group testing in real time!

Thanks!
