As many agents find themselves unable to afford the MLS and other real estate fees needed to be proficient, stay in the guidelines of the company they work for, and remain employed, they eventually give up.  They stop paying their fees, find themselves in debt to MARIS and ultimately put the company they work for in a bind.  If one agent doesn’t pay his fees, MARIS can shut down the entire offices access.  The agent either pays his fees or the company terminates their contract and sends the agent’s license back to the board.  The board will hold on to the license, putting it into inactive status until the agent is able to pay his past due fees, but unfortunately, the agent will have to pay additional fees to be reinstated and possibly have to take and pay for additional real estate courses before the board will release the agents license and allow him to sell again.

There is a way to save time, money, and your license.  RRHS is a real estate company that can bring you on board as an agent.  Your license will still be active; however, per company guidelines you don’t actively sale real estate.  Any customers you obtain, you refer to the company and receive a percentage of the commission upon the closing of the sale.

The benefits:  Your license remains active without costly real estate fees allowing you maximum profit and all of your referrals can be redirected to your current broker maintaining your relationship.

Whether you are with RRHS or another firm, you still have the same continuing education classes required by the MO Department of Insurance regardless of active or inactive status.

What will all this cost you:

-$25.00 Annual Participation Fee

-Monthly Fee of $10.00 Per-Month for a (70% Broker 30% Agent Commission Split)

-$20.00 Per-Month for a (50%Broker 50% Agent Commission Split).

In the event that you are able to afford MARIS and other fees necessary to do business you only need to give us a 10 business day notice to cancel you contract.
