When my family relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah, it was a great culture shock to say the least. After residing in the area for a number of great years and establishing myself as the go to investment realtor, my family and I relocated to the St. George, Utah area. This is a great town where the winters are mild and the summer heat is less than Las Vegas and Phoenix. Lower in population which gives a great small town feel. I am located roughly an hour and a half from Las Vegas, and 4 hours from Salt Lake City, gambling life and casinos are located approx. 30 miles away. Great golfing along with a growing population of all ages including retirees, gives the community great potential for growth. I currently have my wonderful wife Sarah and my son Gable to keep me company in this beautiful setting. With red rock, hiking, mountain biking , Zions National Park, the Arches, and Lake Powell very close by this is truly a melting pot for the future.
