Staff reports A Duxbury real estate agent will go to trial in December on charges of sexually assaulting two young sisters on separate occasions.Scott Bone, 53, pleaded innocent to three counts of forcible child rape and one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 when he was arraigned in Plymouth District Court in June 2008A grand jury indicted him on the charges six months later, transferring the case to Brockton Superior Court.In July 2006, Bone repeatedly assaulted a then-9-year-old girl who was sleeping over at his family’s Duxbury home, police said.In the summer of 2000 or 2001, Bone inappropriately touched the girl’s older sister, who was either 10 or 11 at the time, while the two were on a motor boat in Duxbury Bay, police said.Bone’s attorney at the time, Richard Egbert, said the accusations were “conjured up by persons who have an ax to grind.”Egbert died in 2008Bone is now represented by Kevin Reddington.Bone is listed as a buyer coordinator for Macdonald & Wood Sotheby’s International Realty in DuxburyHe has lived with his wife in Duxbury since 1986.A final pretrial conference for Bone is scheduled for Dec3His jury trial is scheduled to start Dec13.
