BURTON (WJRT) A Mid-Michigan neighborhood is chiseling out after water floods their street. Burton neighbors woke up to more than a foot of water in front of their homes A few neighbors say this street has flooded before It was several years back and during the warmer months, but never have they seen their street like this during winter A semi-truck hit a fire hydrant in the early morning hours of Friday.
